Jotform

Webinar visual system for Jotform

Jotform runs webinars constantly. Product demos, integration launches, partnership announcements, enterprise content. I joined in 2022 as the only designer on the marketing team, and helped build a cohesive visual identity for the webinar program.

One program, three voices

The webinar program served three distinct audiences, and each needed its own visual language. Regular webinars: brand colors, creative latitude. Enterprise: structured, authoritative, built for C-suite buyers. Partnerships: a neutral foundation where two brands could coexist.

Making technical content worth showing up for

Not every topic sells itself. Encrypted forms, digest emails, HIPAA compliance. The job was finding a visual language that made technical subject matter feel approachable before a single word was read.

Sharpening the system over time

In 2024, Jotform shifted focus toward enterprise marketing. As the sole designer on that effort, I built a more structured visual language for enterprise content and carried those higher standards back into the regular webinar program.

Reflection

The webinar program never paused. Every few weeks, a new title, a blank canvas, and a cover that needed to make someone stop scrolling.
